Privacy Policy

STF Holdings and Management LLC ("STF", "we") builds and operates CRM software and business systems for its client offices. This policy explains what information we handle on our website (stf-holdings.com) and in the STF admin panel (panel.stf-holdings.com), and how we use it.

Website contact form

When you send the contact form we receive the name, business, email, phone and message you enter. We use it only to reply to you and to follow up on your request. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

The STF admin panel

The admin panel is used only by STF and people STF authorizes. It stores the account details of those users and a log of their actions for security.

Google account data

STF may connect its own Google account to the admin panel. When connected, the panel uses these permissions and nothing more:

Read Gmail (gmail.readonly) — to read payment notification emails from Zelle so the panel can match a payment to an invoice. Only Zelle notifications from the last 45 days are read, and only the amount, sender name, memo and date are kept. The rest of the mailbox is not stored.
Calendar events (calendar.events) — to show STF's own calendar in the panel and to add, change or remove events that STF creates there.
Send email (gmail.send) — to send notification emails to STF's owner from STF's own account.

STF's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Google data is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with third parties.

You can remove this access at any time in your Google account under Security → Third-party connections, or with "Disconnect" in the panel.

Where data is kept

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Google Firebase and Vercel) in the United States, protected by access rules and encryption in transit. Passwords are handled by Firebase Authentication and are never stored in our own database.

Retention and deletion

We keep information only as long as it is needed for the purposes above. To ask for a copy of your information or to have it deleted, email office@stf-holdings.com.

Client offices

Each CRM office that STF serves is the owner of its own customer data. STF processes that data only to provide and support the office's CRM, under the office's instructions.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
