These terms apply to the website stf-holdings.com and to the STF admin panel at panel.stf-holdings.com, operated by STF Holdings and Management LLC ("STF").
Use of the admin panel
The admin panel is for STF and the people STF authorizes. Accounts are created by STF; do not share your sign-in or try to access data you were not given access to. STF may suspend or remove access at any time.
Client services
CRM, integration and AI services for client offices are provided under the separate agreement between STF and each office. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement applies.
Availability
We work to keep our services available and secure, but they are provided "as is", and we cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, STF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or the admin panel.
Changes
We may update these terms; the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
